AMA Methodology, Corrections & Verification

AMA's directory principle: factual agency attributes should be supported by current primary evidence wherever practical. Missing evidence is treated as unknown, not as proof that a capability is absent.

How agency profiles are researched

AMA prioritises official agency websites, affiliate-platform partner directories and first-party case studies. Profiles carry a last-verified date so information can be revisited as services, teams and platform relationships change.

Corrections

Agencies can submit factual corrections and supporting evidence through the For Agencies page. A correction request does not require an advertising relationship.

Commercial information

Where reliable public pricing cannot be verified, AMA uses “Pricing on request”. Published commercial information should be read in the context of scope, programme size, markets and fee definitions.

Research

AMA-owned datasets state their sample and limitations. Third-party industry figures should identify their source and date. Directory-derived samples are not presented as a census of the entire market.
